Help me come up with of a upright disease/disorder.?

I don't want to play football this year at my high school, but I don't want to tell my teammates that I pussied out on them. Does anyone know of a adjectives medical disorder that I could say I have to make it so nobody get their feeling hurt? I want it so all i can say is that i can't play sports. I don't want one that requires abundantly of treatment. Most preferably a blood disease/disorder such as, but not as rare and lethalas hemochromatosis.
