3 weeks after quitting smoking?
its been 3 weeks today that ive quit smoking with the champix pill. I havent coughed anything up, and i always assumed and hold seen other people coughing up big disgusting pieces of lung, so why havent I? I know theres alot of crap in my lungs cos im fully aware how much i own abused them.
so is it better to cough stuff up or not, and maybe my lungs need more time to rebuild themselves and consequently start to expel the crap? thoughts please?

I'll have stopped 4 weeks on Sunday with Nicorette patches and no coughing - contained by fact my cough had completely gone ( and a 25 year habit, 40 a time smoker is saying this). Some people cough everything up and some don't, we;re all different. But i'd simply like to say you're terrific and doing a fantastic job - if certainty we both are - keep it up and good luck to us both.x
