Trouble sleeping at darkness?
So I can sleep but it takes HOURS for me to! Can't believe it! Anyways I just need oblige you know. I tried counting to 100 and didn't work. I counted to 500 didn't work! I tried to not think of anything and it was hard! Can you pls relieve me?
you anxious about something? ANXIETY is one of the focal causes of my restless nights. I take a Tylenol PM and it works great to endow with you that head start on your sleep. You could talk to your Dr. about Ambien. I guess it works unbelievably well.
Sometimes, it's a matter of getting proper NUTRITION throughout the day. Perhaps you're not ingestion well? On days that I don't eat much protein, I tend to have a harder time falling asleep.

Avoid tv and other forms of stimulation for in the order of an hour before you wish to try to rest. Reading puts some people to sleep and so does tylenol pm ;) You may be suffering from insomnia and if you agree with your doctor, they may be able to give you some meds on a short-term basis to see if you can get yourself back on a rota. Usually once you are in a schedule, your body won't have a problem following the routine.

Limit your Sugar intake
watch tv and you will fall asleep
