Is it bronchitis again? or is it something worse?

okay so two winters in a row i've been pregnant and gotten broncitis. both times it has taken two rounds of anti biotics to snuff it off. (i have asthma so they give me anti-biotics to be safe) on monday i woke up near a flu.. i didn't have a cough but i felt like crap and as the week go by it started changing and getting worse.. on thursday night is when it got a bit fear-provoking because i stood at my door completely confused about why i was there purely staring at my door knob for two solid minuets then everything started to go black. i didn't pass out and i snapped pay for to reality and went and laid down.. but then my troat get worse i have this horrible cough im coughing up dark yellow plhem, i've be having fevers and chills, my chest feels approaching someone stood on it. and im dizzy and weak... now i don't usually get fever when i get sick. do you think its just another baggage of broncitis from hell or something worse?
