I quality a spasm surrounded by my chest?

The pain is a sharp one and it rises from the left side of my chest, right under my not here breast. I am nineteen and I exercise from time to time, I run. Lately though I haven't because I have also been experiencing soreness throughout my calf area, which some friends read aloud its because I don't stretch before I run. So I tried the stretching and it was still painful when I run. This all made me nervous when I looked it up on web md symptom checker. It said that I might own a pulmonary embolism. I might go to the doctor today, but the problem is I have no health insurance and no money. I guess its better to be undisruptive than sorry though. Please help calm my worries or tell me what should do or what else it can be.
