If fluid on the lungs what else could be cause such an inf.?

pneaumonia is A HOPEFULL OPTION AT BEST- its treatable. however she already donated her kidney to her DADDY- and she's daddy's baby w/no help from two older siblings.he have dialysis two days ago. CAUSE MY GIRL"S KIDNEY WAS REJECTED! Can life suck THAT BAD!!? what are possible reasons for him to now hold this high potassium and fluid on lungs and low blood platelets!!??
Answers:    All of those things are symptoms of kidney failure/rejection. They can be treated individually, but without taking care of the underlying result in, they can all come back.
