I quit smoking. How long will it cart for my lungs to be as moral as a non smokers lungs?
your lungs are probably permanently damaged
Well your lungs will never FULLY heal-thats a lot of damage: 6-10 a DAY. as for how long it will take to wear past its sell-by date, idk.
they will never be in motion back to their original form.. They will never be as good as a non-smoker lungs.
But u enjoy definitely made the right choice when you decided to give up smoking.
My uncle have been smoking for nearly 35 yrs. (He is 52 now). And he has the oxygen tank subsequent to him day and night, his head is similar to a tomato, its gona explode from all the coughing. His lungs have holes in them, and he have lung cancer.
