Fluid on the right lungs?

Can cystic fibrosis or bronchitis/emphysema be a lung infection ?
re the above 2 some thing else?
Answers:    Cystic fibrosis is a hereditary disease which may lead to repeated infections surrounded by the lungs leading to bronchiectasis.
Bronchitis is an infection in the bronchi...usually follows flu or if chronic, is due to smoking.
Emphysema isn't an infection, it's a disease of the terminal bronchioles and alveoli which cause trapping of nouns in the lungs.

umonia
-lung abscess
-empyema (pus in the pleural space around the lungs, usually follows pneumonia or an abscess)

U can update an infection from the symptoms and physical signs. For exampe: Fever, productive (usually) cough, chills, abnormal breath sounds on auscultation. Then investigations are done to make sure, like x-rays. X-rays can usually differentiate between pneumonia, abscess, empyema.
