Am i have side effects from quitting smoking ?
I smoked for about 3 years but less than a pack a day but very soon im trying to quit and haven't had one for a week when i usually smoke each day. So for in the order of the past 3 days now I;ve had impossible headaches and it;s hard to explain but like a burden in my chest area and like it;s a touch harder to breathe. So I don;t know if this is from quitting or because recently or something more serious. But i also have allergies and the summer just come with the pollen and all so idk if that could be it either?
