Had a sudden audible range loss a couple of days ago. I be taking an antibiotic (Ciprofloaxin)?

thinking I had a sinus infection. The antibiotic made no difference in my nasal passages. The strange entity is I have significant hearing loss in one ear. I also fell sour the deck but landed on my feet... Does anyone know why I would lose my hearing so suddenly? Could it be allergies?Could it be I own a sinus infection that has gone up in my ears -- but the antibiotics didn't work?
