Constant flem and sore throat?
Ive had constant flem in the back of my throat for around 5 months immediately, Now i have a extremely sore throat it really hurts when i swallow its more the left side of my throat.

Boil 500 ml of water.
Add some slices of fresh ginger root.
for 10 minutes and strain.
Add honey and/or lemon juice of your choice.
Drink hot.
Sounds like you may hold allergies. You do not say if you are a smoker or not. If this has been going on this long and have not progressed any worse, I would think you do have allergies. I would suggest you see a general practioner right away.
