If I find a party not breathing, how can I communicate how long they've be that method?

If she's already starting to feel cold, her lips are blue, or if she's lying on her back and her facade is white from lack of blood, it's probably too late.

eally concrete to tell how long they have been late, what you can do is:

First call 911
Start CPR
doing cpr until the ambulance arrives.

Remember this, when you found this person contained by that condition, usually it takes no more than 5 minutes for a person without oxygen to become vegetative state. You can try and study some CPR at www.nationalcprcertification.com, i took mine here. Source(s): www.nationalcprcertification.com
You can also tell by how the capillaries in her eyes look, but even a minute or 30 second can make a differnece as far as brain damage is concerned. Essentially that is impossible to know and nearby is really no reason to find out if you could. It wouldn't change anything.

You didn't cause her to stop breathing - therefore its not your fault. You did what you could as fast as you could and you are compassionate enough to worry about it. I know that doesn't produce anything better, but at least try to accept that you did all anyone could ask of you.
Body temperature and colouring. If the body's cold, then it's too behind time.
