I might hold whooping cough?
Well yesterday the school sent home a letter saying someone have pertussis (whooping cough). I had a sore throat but it was no big deal I thought. This morning I woke up and feel some mucus stuff in my throat. And when I touch my left ear it kind of ache. I probably won't we able to see a doctor for at least the next week or two. Also I'm 14 so I be supposed to get my booster shot.
d a little searching and I found out there's no cure for it but those in part protected by vaccine would get milder symptoms.
Am I still partially protected by vaccine?
Do I have pertussis?
Most relatives recovered fine on their own even before the vaccine.
