Ive have this hack dry cough for 8 days presently?

it started last tuesday with just a bit sore throat and a slight cough. i rested and felt ok by thursday, thursday i went for a run and all h*ll broke loose. my cough have only gotten worse since. my nose is runny and now the mucus is green im almost positive i own s sinus infection but i have no insurance so im kinda screwed. but the biggest problem is this cough! it gets worse at night and when i stir up, sometimes i cant stop or i cough until i almost vomit! it is very dry and feels as though its at the top of my chest and the bottom of throat. ive been doing steam baths, cough drops, vicks rub, LOTS tea near honey but NONE of it is working!
oh i have no fever so its not swine! lol
Answers:    ye it sounds like a cold.. dont verbs about it. you can have a dry cough for 2 weeks after having a cold, scrutinize it, if u have it over 2 weeks see a doctor because it might be bronchitis.
