102 hallucination, runny snout, coughing what should i do?

I had this since yesterday 8pm pacific. I took some advil about 1 hour ago and it didn't seem to work. I newly took a shower and that lowered me to 100 degrees. My parents now want me to go see a doctor, and i refuse.. should a agree?

advil won't help at adjectives. try a cold medicine with a fever reducer. if your temp isn't down to at tiniest 99 by morning, call your doc and ask what he/she thinks
could be a chest infection or a bad virus. i would see ur doc though i seize both quite often. and i 'm turning 15 in 3 days as ably hope u have a gd day.
I think you should go to the doctor.
