A query roughly sleep apnea?
I am not 100% sure if I have sleep apnea or not. If I do, it is most likely obstructive sleep apnea. In the past two years, I enjoy woken up in the middle of the night gasping for air. This have happened two times. I do not snore or drink, and I am not overweight. For the past few months, I have be having daytime fatigue every single day, even though I am getting enough sleep. I hear that sleeping on your back just makes it worse because the muscles contained by the back of the throat collapse, making it harder to breathe. Before I started getting sleepy during the daytime, I always slept on my side and never was tired when I be awake. But ever since I started sleeping on my back, I have been tired every afternoon. Does this mean I have sleep apnea? Also, I have be trying to get back into the habit of sleeping on my side, but I can never tip out asleep. I have tried this dozens of times. Is there anything I can do?
Answers: You should schedule an appointment near a doctor that specializes in sleep treatment or something. My mom's co-worker's son passed away today because of sleep apnea.

Maybe you could have someone listen to you as you sleep. See if you actually "lock up". I don't do that myself, I newly don't breath deeply enough to keep my O2 horizontal normal.
