How do I clear my ears so I can hear louder again?

I recently had the flu and my body and throat, were hurting along next to a stuffy nose. My ears werent go and clear they were blocked and I couldnt hear as loud as I could. What should I do?
Answers:     in the shower, q-tips or doctor. verbs them more often. Source(s): me
what my little brother (and my mom) do is they put peroxide (just a little resembling they fill up the cap) and put it in their ears for 3 to 5 mins. You'll want to put down a towel and lay your head on that until that time you put the peroxide in your ears. Also you may want someone to help you put the peroxide in your ears. That should do the trick!
It's trouble-free. If the loss of hearing is due to blockage (from say, excessive ear wax, or foreign objects), this is what you need to do:
Buy the largest syringe at your local drugstore
2. Throw away the nozzle (you don't need it)....this is very important.
3. Get a bowl of lukewarm hose down and fill your syringe with it
4. Have a friend (or you can do it yourself) pump the warm dampen into your ears (WITHOUT the needle of course! you don't want to puncture anything in there) repeatedly until the blockage is cleared.
orks for me everytime! This be taught to me by a doctor and she does this all this time during medical missions and to patients with like condition.

Tip: to avoid the mess, put a towel on your shoulder right below the ear...the towel will catch the water that squirts out.
I would use some ear drops, it should clear up in a day or two and you'll be fine.
Clean them out surrounded by the shower w/ your fingers, use Q-tips. You can also buy at the store or go to your doctor and they put some fluid in them to clean them out. You really should use Q-tips every couple of say.
