What is better for a sinus headache: cold or high temperature?

I have an enormous sinus headache. should I use a heated or chilled wet cloth on my frontage ?

ou are going to use a nasal spray, use a saline solution.
I have always found chilled is better.
Don't use nasal spray oo much or you will damage the pool liner in your nasal passages.
An antihistamine might help beside the congestion, ask your pharmacist as some make people sleepy, others don't.
Take some paracetamol or ibuprofen.
It might seem impossible guidance but try and relax, it does help.
