I'm 16 and I've smoked for a while...I'm a bit anxious too D:?

So here's the thing, I've been smoking quite a bit since my mum died. I'm not making excuses but you know. That be about 2 years ago and now I'm up to 3 packs a daytime, and my dad buys them for me. I remember I used to run about 3km around this track near my house without stopping, but just this minute I noticed it's really hard for me to do even 100 or 200 m, which scares me seriously. I wonder does this have anything to do with smoking? And I cough a bit too...is this the same entry? Surely inhaling some gases can't be that bad...
back some
3 packs a day!! WTF??

God girl, its only because you asked that Im not yell at you.
$15 a day that's worrisome, and just 16 . someone should yell at your dad would your mum be proud of your smoking. I don't think she would be , I chew over you miss her very much that is ok grief for your mum .but is not ok to smoke so much it is harming your form. you need too stop now give yourself a break...ok I smoke a long time to lost my mum and my dad I quit smoking finish conservatory got job and settle down stop ok.... you are a good party
Three packs a day is too much. Yeah, it will rob you of breath, but more seriously than that, it will distribute you an astronomical risk of dying from smoking-related diseases. The relationship is non-linear, that is, three packs a year is more than three times as dangerous as one pack a day.
her way of looking at it is that you will frontage a lung cancer risk after only three years of smoking three packs a day! The cancer won't appear for years but it will be near, growing.

That being the case, I'd highly recommend that you stop. Kids who smoke partially a pack or a pack have a grace period before they do fixed harm, it isn't so pressing for them, but you're probably headed for disaster.
