Am I have a nouns attack?
I feel very strange. All of a sudden, I feel sick, table lamp headed, my legs feel jelly-ish and I have a strange tingling surrounded by my chest. I'm finding it slightly hard to breathe, and feel like I'm going to vomit. Am I have a panic attack? Please help ASAP. I've never had one until that time, and don't know what to do.
Answers: usually there is rapid heartbeat and cold sweat. you sound more similar to low blood pressure.
lol i just so don't know why im answering this question but sounds to me approaching you are drunk and have had 1 too many or that you are suffering from a Hangover of great enormity, but in the event that you ( MIGHT ) be suffering the early stages of a heart Attack i suggest that you call 999 or 911 depending be you come from, But i doubt that it is anything more than heartburn or that you eat that burger to quick or something and also in your choose is that you can still type questions ?

If you happen to be on any drugs at the moment. Stop taking them. Second, the sleep may be the problem. Have a drink of milk up to that time you go to bed, and plan to have at least 8 hours of sleep. When going to sleep, if you are have troubles, just relax and start dreaming of stuff.

Dont worry hun.Yes you are and they are NOT dangerous,just unpleasent.Keep relating yourself that you are FINE because you are.Thayre not uncommon and often things are weird beside little sleep.IT WILL PASS so sit tight and dont worry further.xxxx

When it accumulates it cause us to hyperventilate and our heart to race.
Breath into a paper daypack if you have one as this can help.
I would highly recommend making an appointment near your dr asap so that you can get a referral to a psychologist.
y opinion it is always best to walk the non medicated route first as it deals with both cause and symptoms.
If you are still struggling move about to your nearest hospital. They are used to seeing panic and can give you something to carry you through till your appointment.
Try not to be scared as it can do you no harm and give somebody a lift care.
