Controlling severe asthma ..?
I am a sports freak, but I Hate to watch. I love playing sports and my doctor thinks i'm depressed because I can't play.
, don't even tell about medication unless you Know about it. I'm taking three different pills and advair for it. (just to let you know, I guess)
It is so bothersome!

Answers: Well my brotha used to hold crazy asthma and he hated to see me and my friends play basketball. One day my mom got him a appliance he used it like everytime his breathing got out of control and in a minute he runs does track basketball and soccer.

kly you cannot ignore asthma. When you have it, there is little you do contained by the way of ignoring it.
Your doctor knows more roughly the specifics of your condition and can give you better advice about controlling it than any one on here. No doubt you are already doing adjectives your doctor recommends.
Then when you find a new sport that you enjoy and is acceptable to your doctor, you frontage the challenge developing the skill to master it. That is the basic thrill in sports.

Swim. It is not hard on your lungs at all its an excellent cardio workout and over time you'll gain the endurance to play any sport you option.
