Answers: You have all my sympathy, I'm suffering from similar.I feel better for a while, came off meds; anxiety seems to be subsidise but this time with a lot of tightness.I feel smothered but don't really come across short of breath if that makes sense; it's a sensation rather than the real entry. i have a real paranoia of heart disease as my grandad died at only 47--the age I'll be subsequent week (doubtless playing on my mind.)
i've got adr's appt and I'd advise you to get alike, just in case (anxious inhabitants do get other illnesses too). Maybe you need a new or increased dose of meds.
Toni this could very well be anxiety that you are possibly be feeling while you are sleeping and not realize it (such as tensing up while sleeping and your muscles are tightening) causing the pain. But as with any investigational pain especially chest pain and with the upper wager on pain in the region you are having it surrounded by being a woman I would suggest a visit to the doctor just to rule out any other issues i.e. next to your heart etc. as you can never be too safe and the heart does not show the same symptoms with women as near men. I am sorry that you are feeling like this. Make a list of what is stressing you out. later a list of things that you come in contact with. Look for a material cause to the problem. Usually there is one. then swot up to relax. Do some stretching maneuvers when these things are happening to you. Start with some gentle ones and concentrate on them. See if that help you at all. If not, look for some other thiings to do when you feel like this. Go to a small restaurant and drink some coffee. You may find yourself abundantly better after all.
My BF have a bit of this .. the anxiety was made worse by worry about what the chest pains be. As soon as his doc told him that his pains were not related to anything physically wrong with him they go. Get yourself a good check over because worrying about your health is making the anxiety surrounded by itself.
A vicious circle.
Make sure your bed is comfortable.
Not opinion anxious when you wake up is fine, but if you then tense up the strain comes back aso.
Best advice, get your chest checked out by your doctor if paracetamol or ibuprofen don't relieve the headache.
Go to the doctor and get it checked out, I would imagine its worse when you conjecture about it than what it actually is as because your worrying about it its on your mind and thus maybe over exaggarated, but go to a doctor get it adjectives checked and then you can stop worrying about then your anxiety wont come put money on :D xx
