I swollowed alot of blood what should i do?

i got my tounge pierced ik no biggy there. but i woke up the other night chocking on blood, i spit out mouth full after mouthfull of it. supposedly i have a hematoma next i felt sick. well it happen again tonight and i swallowed alot more blood had to take the bar out. but i be puking blood what can i do to not be really sick
