Anxiety and chest pressure beside tightness contained by throat?
Thank you all in advance. The ending three weeks have been hell. I have be to the ER twice they have done blood panels, EKG, ct scans and adjectives is clear they say this is due to anxiety. I have never had anxiety attacks to the point of physical distress. I discern like I have pressure in my upper chest and almost approaching wheezing when I breath in.....can all this be related to anxiety?
looking for some direction. I feel like a fool if I go to the doc or er again for zilch.

Answers: I have it too n the dr has me on meds for that.u do need to see the dr straight away n tell them no more blood tests-get u on anti anxiety meds.
sweetie i have been here and still there it is not fun but u are not alone trust me it is scarey for sure try to relax and keep ur mind busy it helps suitable luck u will be ok i am 51 and this started at age 20
