I'll tell you in the inauguration drugs are not the answer. Some doctors practice premature diagnosis on a lot of serious problems. first time I had an anxiety attack I was in high-ranking school. I didn't know what it was at the time. My palms got so sweaty and I feel like I couldn't breathe. It happened right there contained by the gym locker room, when Coach told us to take a shower. I didn't know why I felt like that, but everything within my body just told me to leave. I put my clothes back on and go home. I even skipped my last 3 classes, because that's how bad it was.
I certainly went to a doctor to treat my attacks weeks later and he prescribed me some meds. I was totally against the thought at the time, but it got so bad I felt I have no choice. So the meds did patch the leak for a while but I wanted to be fixed. I wanted to perceive like the old me again.
