37 Weeks near a sore throat that of late wont dance away?

Please someone help me out. I am 37 weeks pregnant and I have had a really unpromising sore throat for about 9 days now. It hurts really bad when I swallow, guzzle, drink, cough..pretty much anything. I am also spitting up flems which in itself is very uncomfortable. I hold had many sore throats before but they never appear to last this long. I spoke to a pharmacist to see what is safe for me to take and she couldt find anything. Any Suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks In Advance.

Many pregnant women develop Gastric Reflux which can cause sore throat, or you may have a virus, many other cause. Call your Dr.

It recommends robitussin, suggest Mucinex, get the extra strength, just be sure the stirring ingredient is only guaifenisen. This is an expectorant. Take robitussin or mucinex with either benadryl or sudafed

sudafed is righteous too
