Can somebody attempt to diagnose the problem I enjoy from this description please?

I have the following symptoms:
Mild Headaches (Around the Temple area)

2.) Dry Throat

4.) Pain when swollowing (Even my own Saliva)

5.) Stiff Neck (To the left & right of Adam's Apple / Also stiff on back of leader, near the top of the neck)
Discomfort when sleeping.

7.) Extremely cold at times, extremely warm at times. (Yet I still sweat when I'm cold.)

9.) Loss of appetite except craving for sugar (I don't know if this is relevant or not)

Finally, I enjoy been taking Sudafed Tablets for 2 days, and also strepsills, but I see NO improvement at all.
Any replies to this post would be much appritiated,

Answers:    m8 i got half the stuff on that list and its probably tonsillitis or quinsy,
Since the medication you've be taking did not help, better see a doctor.
