I am 60 and when i stir up i never perceive rejuvenated. Is that sleep apnoea?
Answers: Not wanting to ask the obvious, how old is your mattress ? and your pillows ? discomfort from either could be disturbing your sleep.
ve apnoea, but I smoked for 20 years, and it was being caused by a open rooted set of medical conditions, and was linked to three other minor medical conditions too. It is VERY unlikley that this is the case beside you.
You probably do snore... But lot's of people do. Don't worry about it.
that alone couldn't be used to diagnose sleep apnoea my daughter had it and had to hold a sleep study done as she had a few other symptoms the sleep study just confirmed it typically sleep apnoea is seen within men in their 40's and with a collar size 17 ( i read this when doing research) i would certainly speak beside the doctor as it's obviously concerning you but like i said there are sundry symptoms of sleep apnoea
also, do you find yourself nodding sour very quickly and suddenly during the day?
are you tired most of the time?
with the sole purpose way to diagnose apnea is have a sleep study done.
in the meantime, you may want to cut put money on on alcohol (especially before bed), and you may want to try to lose some weight. that can help, as human being overweight does often contribute to sleep apnea.
ss you hold video'd yourself in a state of unstable breathing pattern when sleeping, or you have be told similar, there is no chance of that being the casing.
It is unlikely to have anything to do with the condition.
