What can backing contentment a minor asthma attack, in need an inhaler?
I am 99% sure I have asthma. A few minutes ago I started getting sharp pains in my chest, and now my breathing have worsened. I have a doctors appointment tomorrow to get confirmation that it actually is asthma (if not something else)
as of right in a minute I need something I can do for tonight that can help my breathing.

lay down and dont run around to much!
or get hold of a little fresh air if the house is stuffy but do not run around to much or it will worsen! i think you may be capable of get an inhaler from a 24 hour pharmacy but I'M NOT TOTALLY SURE! sorry i hope this helped a little! :)
depending on where you live in the world if you have cool night then at night it always help me get through the night to go sit outside and basically breath the cool air. also going for a ride in the car next to the air conditioner on. Or make it cold around you turn a fan on you or cold shower but don't attain in just breath the cold. hope you make it through Source(s): asthma martyr
