I took rotten a nicotine patch just about 2 hours ago...?
How long must I wait to smoke a cigarette after removing the patch? I was going to try to quit but I don't think I want to merely yet. How long should I wait to smoke without risking a tobacco overdose?
Answers: I have emphysema from smoking.. Only 48 years old and I can't run more that 6 ft.
not a supporter of nicotine patch and some people in the industry wont like me adage that.
I gave up smoking more that 2 and half years ago..The first day be the hardest, and I didn't sleep well that night. After the third day, it didn't situation anymore..I gave all the cigarettes away.
Strangely though, after 2 odd years..the cravings NOW appear reasonably bad at times..
BUT, one thing I DO KNOW..whilst I gave up smokes over 2 years ago..I am NOW..2 years after that (NOT while I was smoking) suffering
two minutes then you will see how discouraging you can get from smoking !
Don't give up the quit, Jo! Smoking will hurt you. Please embezzle advise from me, an ex-smoker who quit it last year after 32 years of smoking.
