Do i own a urinary tract infection?
Yesterday I woke up at about 12:30 pm and i went and used the restroom i noticed when i used it, my urine have an unusual bad smell, then a few hours later i used the restroom and when i go pee there was blood mixed in near my urine, then after that like every hour or so i felt the urge to use the restroom but with the sole purpose a little bit would come out and i would get this tingling feeling surrounded by my lower abdomen, and here the next day I still am have this problem. Is it a urinary tract infection or could it possibly be anything else?

Sounds like an infection; grab yourself some Cranberry juice and drink as much as you can for a year or so; if this does not help go see your doctor; it could be a kidney infection.
Yes, probably what they call "honeymoon cystitis." You need antibiotics to cure it. Go to the store tonight and get some AZO and a bottle of cranberry liquid (make sure it is 100% cranberry). If you can, call your doctor and have him call contained by a prescription for antibiotics (I take Cipro when I have UTIs because I can't take penicillin) and Urised (it's close to AZO, but a little stronger).
