How do you control your breathing?

How do youcontrol your breathing while running and doing pushups os you dont get head aches?
Answers:    breathe within through your nose and out your mouth while working out or running and etc... breathing from your mouth gives you headaches when you do it too vigorous. go ahead try it if you think i'm wrong lol. breathe in and out 10-20 times from your mouth rlly prompt. result....HEADACHE! so yeah from the nose!
