Is getting sleep paralysis a impossible article?
okay... in the past year i have be getting sleep paralysis like everyday at first it wasn't so bad, but its gotten a lot worse because i hallucinate presently and yesterday when i got it i couldn't move and one of my leg was sticking out of the covers and i heard a voice and it be saying nasty things to me and it was so clear he said something going on for my mum too witch was quite weird and afterwards he started to pull my leg and stuff after about 5-10min i got out and i be so freaked out, i also think my house is haunted i hear footsteps in the hall adjectives the time and once i went to the bathroom about 2 in the morning and suddenly a arm newly came out from the wall and when i saw that i just ran rear legs in my room, i dont what to do

Anything next to the word "paralysis" is a bad thing. If you do extreme drugs such as meth, that can explain the hallucinations. But if you don't do that, you could possibly be hallucinating from not satisfactory sleep. I've never heard of it, but that doesn't mean it can't exist. Depending on your age, this is how much sleep you should get:
12 years: 9–11 hours
Adolescents: 9–10 hours[25]
Adults, including elderly: 7–8 (+) hours
Pregnant women: 8 (+) hours
