Acid reflux side. Effects?
last night I woke up feeling close to I was ggoing to be sick. I get these random atmosphere that I'm going to be sick all the time. I know it has something to do with sharp reflux but idk the common side effects. Anyone wanna help?
Answers: Yellow/ white 'fur' on the tongue, bad breath
throat, feels like it has be burnt

Do you eat late a night?
I would recommend not drinking after 8 o'clock on the evening, as if you eat late and then be in motion in to bed it encourages the acid to rise towards your throat.
