Am I getting Pneumonia?

For the bast two weeks or so I've been coughing a lot. It always feel like I've got a bunch of congestion in my chest, when I inhale I can grain it rattling, but when I cough nothing comes up. I've also been have a lot of headaches, dizziness and fatigue. This morning when I woke up it felt resembling the lymph nodes in my throat were swollen, but I don't feel resembling I have a cold or anything.
