Is it out of danger to run beside a chest cold?
I would think that you could run with a respiratory infection but can you? Usually if you have a chest cold your breathing is impair and your heart is under stress to keep pushing oxygen moving through congestion. My suggestion is that you take consideration of your cold and rest for a few days. If you are an avid runner, I know that this will feel like torture but sometimes it is important to embezzle care of your immediate problem(cold) first and than begin running again.
