Can I run to academy and dance near an ear infection?

no definitely not!

every movement (high blood pressure) will be paid your ear hurt more!
You can go but you will be in a lot of affliction. It may just be better to stay home and get back into tip top shape so that you don't closing up spending more than just one day out.

Ear infections are not contiguous. You can go to school and dancing beside one if you feel up to it. I had one a couple of weeks ago. It was completely painful. I missed work for two days because my ear was throbbing and in spasm.
