8 year ripened, have trouble breathing and occasional headache? Serious Answers one and only please.?

Ok I brought my son to the doctor because he was having headaches and trouble catching his breath, he said its worse lay down. The doctor said he has sinusitis, and put him on antibiotics for 16 days and zyrtec he stared these meds monday, he is still complaining with trouble breathing, mainly getting a adjectives breath in or laying down. He has have no fever, no body aches, when he does have trouble breathing I notice his heart rate is really fast.
ideas of what this could be?
