i do smoke (dont even try telling me to stop)

Although this could be asthma my first question for you is are you obese?
Even culture who do have asthma don't typically get winded that easily.
Honestly I could sit here and ask question all day to rule out asthma or to help find if it is the problem, but you will want to go to your doctor either way, because person winded by climbing 11 stairs is highly irregular.
