A friend is have chest pains?

Well it depends on what type of chest pain it is and where on earth in her chest its hurting her. It could be a sign of asthma. Or if she's around smoke or she does smoke that could be a good reason also..
I reason she should listen to you and go to the doctor and get it checked out.
You should go onto or phone NHS direct and see what they say. If they say that it is nil and that she will be fine then stop bugging her about it but if they say that it is something or could be something serious afterwards you should tell her you have spoken to somebody about it and she should see a doctor. But here is one problem with this, you would be going behind her back and she could get hold of pretty annoid that you have or you could tell her that your phoning or going online or do it together. Sorry cant think of anything elese you could do but i hope it help. Will only work if you live in the UK though as NHS is uk.
Other than dragging her screaming and causing her more stress I suggest you stop bothering her. She told you already , she is fine. lift her word for it. if she gets pins and needles/ numbness down her left side then I would bid a cardiac ambulance, sit her down, loosen her clothing and raise her legs.
it depends.. how long has she have chest pains? on a Scale of 1-10 how bad is it if 7 go to the ER right away. if its below a 6 it could just be stress or if her breast are to big it might head off pain in the back and chest. is she a smoker? probability are if the pain is a 10 the cause may be sever.
xray is terrifically important and be quick to go to GP.
Has the pain just started?? Call 911 imediately. I f your friend have been suffering from this pain since a few hours or days you need to book an appointment to see the GP.
