If I don't other hold a scarf to protect my nouns I achieve cold in attendance and go and get a sore throat, even surrounded by summer. Help?

But, I can't wear a turtleneck because I get terrible hot flashes that cause my total face to get deep red and consequently I quickly take my scarf off, so it's better to wear something I can remove on and past its sell-by date. But, it's ridiculous! My thyroid checked out normal. What could it be?
