Anxiety related chest dull pain?
For almost a year I have been dealing with chest backache that comes and goes. Have done 3 trips to the ER in past year and EKG is other fine. I monitor my blood pressure and heart rate daily and both are actually great. Can it all really lately be from anxiety as my doctor suggests?
Answers: say good bye to yuor home, you have come here instead of your docs
How old are you? If you are immature, below 35, I would say you are having panic attacks. It seem so because of your heart rate and blood pressure. But, you should make a note of what precipitates it. I have a cousin who is undergo similar thing. Every single test is normal and she's individual 32 also. She just panics for no reason at adjectives actually. She will be walking and I think the thoughts that come to her mind trigger her panic (it is not certainly happening). So try to get rid of any thoughts like that, meditate a little bit, and maintain your mind clear. Exercise, to keep your body and mind fit.
I not long had this and went to the doctor, he said its all psychological and because you reflect something is wrong with you it's making it worse. A few hours after seeing the doctor I felt absolutely fine and the niggle had gone! Just forget about it but if it will put your mind at ease, turn to the doctors.
Hey I went to the ER before for this same thing, I have a fear my heart would explode, I was only 19 at the time, I am 22 in a minute.
ve learned that its not gonna happen, you will not die!

I used to own trouble climbing stairs because I was afraid my heart would beat too fast and I'd die, even though I am not overweight and in truth in very good physical condition.

I have anxiety attacks and it leaves me with sharp and tightening feelings contained by my chest. Does you're doc prescribe and meds for your attacks?
Of course not.
It can definitely be from anxiety, but don't give up on a physiological explaination in recent times yet. It can be from acid reflux or a gastric concern, as well as a pulmonary concern. Maybe you should see another doctor and ask for attention to these concerns. Maybe a pulmonary function assessment and an xray is in order. Possibly an endoscopy or a trial of antacid medications?
Good luck, I hope you find some nouns
i would say so
Anxiety can tighten chest muscles around the rib cage and also near vital organs (heart). It's impossible to die from anxiety but it can bring on heart attacks, strokes, and other complications except dealt with. Stop trying to treat the chest pains and figure out how to soothe your mind's anxiety.
