How to carry rid of a coldsore hasty?
Ive just noticed that im starting to get a coldsore which hasent scabbed it looks similar to 2 small lumps ( looking like spots abit ) on the bottom lip? iv heard putting vaseline on your coldsore helps? is this true ?? thankfulness any other tips?

if you get it soon enough, just when it starts abreva, a tiny tube of oint that you buy at the drug store for aprox $15 will hold it from becoming a open sore. you use a tiny bit 5xaday til it is healed. the tube lasts me more than a year, so it is a dutiful investment in Comfort. if you start to late it will not prevent the sore, but it will make it touch better.there or other cheaper oints that are comforting to the sores if you are to late getting the abreva . vaseline is ok for comfort, but abreva is the only piece i know that, prevents them from coming out. up to your local asda get their own cols sore cream (half the cost of zovirex) you need to put this cream (acyclovicar) or zovirex as its known. draw from asda/tescos own , vaseline for cold sores useless.
go to the store and pay for Abreva. It is a cream that you put on your cold sore. IT is expensive ($14-20). But totally worth it cause adjectives u need is a very little drop of cream. If you start using it early (like right now) next your cold sore should go away and won't even get to the point of scabbing over.
I also use blistex chapstick (the strong kind surrounded by the white tube) and sometimes put neosporin but abreva works wonders.
Try geranium oil, its an aromatherapy oil and it works wonders
Don't touch it. go to walmart and get campho phenique. put some on the cold sore and it'll dry up. I own a cold sore too. I HATE THEM!

Go to Holland & Barrat & buy a bottle of 250 SELENIUM
JUST ONE PER DAY IS ENOUGH.
