Can chlorine serve beside acne?

Say I were to go swimming regularly..
Answers:     The defence it helps in the short term, is that its usually exceptionally drying, thus reducing excess oil on the skin. Your body however, will just in turn produce more grease to compensate and make your acne even worse. Same thing happens next to the sun.
Chlorine, even though it's usually frowned upon by tons people, kills bacteria. Acne is really lately mini infections all around your face. In theory you are also sweating greatly while you swim, and sweat is the body's natural defense mechanism to clear the skin of toxins. So in short, yes it help.
The pool I swam in this spring made me break out even more =[
Fixing acne means a change to your diet. No sugars, not contained by coke or fruit juice or pop or anything. Cleaning the skin with a solution that leaves it with the correct Ph. factor, There's so copious at the chemist to choose from.
rine is i think antibacterial, so that's the only good that it would do. if you want to clear acne, run out any refined sugar, pop, and add protien and TONS of water to your diet, if you havent already. and a biddable antibacterial to use when you get out of the pool is witch hazel. amazing, but fairly stinky. the smell will go away instantly tho, lol. Source(s): my acne get worse in chlorine, so i guess everyone is different.
actually for me it does!

mine?

Well you dont need to swimming to gain chlorine to your skin.
uld advise you go to your GP (or the doctor that normally see you) and tell him/her of the problem.

They are likely to prescribe you antibiotics. My further advice would be to ask for a cream/gel not antibiotics that you filch as in pills because that way your stomach will suffer and at the same time it will thieve ages to get to your face's acne and cure it.

uac once daily act gel - it is a gel that you apply once in 24hrs. It is usually applied at night so it can work throughout the night, whilst you sleep. It is drastically expensive if you buy it privately (it costs lb55.00 for 50 gr.), but if you get it on prescription it would be the normal prescription change of lb7.20 {for adults, or if you are below 16 - free(or under 18 and in full time education - free)}. You must apply it for at most minuscule 6-8 weeks before you start noticing the affects, so you must be consistent for it to work (if you miss days and don’t apply it its as if you start from scratch the subsequent day).
2. Zineryt (its a powdery antibiotic that is mixed with water by your pharmacist and is applied on the artificial areas twice daily - in the morning and in the night). It is cheaper to buy privately, but equal cost as Duac if you get it on prescription.

Both 1 and 2 are antibiotic cream/gel, the second one is a weaker antibiotic than the first. The first in addition to anitbiotics have chlorine, but in medically safe amounts. So instead of going swimming, you could start applying Duac, and then one and only the acne affected areas would be exposed to it, not all your skin (hence your skin won't get dry and flaky). Depending on how fruitless your acne is the doctor will decide whether you need 1 or 2. It is also good to know of both option in case you are allergic to one of the ingredients in the cream/gel.
ou step for something straight from your pharmacist – i.e. you are embarrassed to got to your doctor – ask for a cream/gel with nemibacin/neomycin antibiotic. It is largely a very good antibiotic, few people are allergic to it and it works pretty quickly (4-6 weeks).

Most importantly stop using the Neutrogena, Clean and Clear, Proactive, etc. because they do not cure the problem and the acne, rather all they do is dry out your skin and i.e. a problem in itself. Try curing the acne without causing another medical issue to your facial skin.

As you see within are many antibiotic creams that you could try and just see which is best for your face and your skin type, within is not telling which one is best suited for you unless you give them a go (but not adjectives at the same time). It’s important to see what works for you. Once you know this it will be easier to cure the acne and keep it at cove.

Be strong and know there is a cure of acne it just takes time and pressure :-)
Well whenever I go swimming my skin gets really dry or breaks out more.
Chlorine can dry out your face, so if you do have slippery skin which causes acne swimming in a pool is a fun way to fray it!
