Answers:    I would advise you go to your GP (or the doctor that typically sees you) and tell him/her of the problem.
are likely to prescribe you antibiotics. My further counsel would be to ask for a cream/gel not antibiotics that you take as in pills because that way your stomach will suffer and at indistinguishable time it will take ages to get to your face's acne and cure it.

So having contracted on cream/gel there are two good options:
1. Duac once on a daily basis action gel - it is a gel that you apply once in 24hrs. It is usually applied at night so it can work throughout the hours of darkness, whilst you sleep. It is very expensive if you buy it privately (it costs lb55.00 for 50 gr.), but if you get it on prescription it would be the normal prescription modify of lb7.20 {for adults, or if you are under 16 - free(or under 18 and in full time instruction - free)}. You must apply it for at least 6-8 weeks before you start noticing the affects, so you must be consistent for it to work (if you miss days and don’t apply it its as if you start from scrape the next day).
Both 1 and 2 are antibiotic cream/gel, the second one is a weaker antibiotic than the first. Depending on how bad your acne is the doctor will establish whether you need 1 or 2. It is also good to know of both options contained by case you are allergic to one of the ingredients in the cream/gel.

If you go for something straight from your pharmacist – i.e. you are confused to got to your doctor – ask for a cream/gel with nemibacin/neomycin antibiotic. It is generally a fundamentally good antibiotic, few people are allergic to it and it works fairly speedily (4-6 weeks).
importantly stop using the Neutrogena, Clean and Clear, Proactive, etc. because they do not cure the problem and the acne, rather all they do is dry out your skin and that is a problem within itself. Try curing the acne without causing another medical issue to your facial skin.

Best of luck!

Be strong and know near is a cure of acne it just takes time and pressure :-)
Try Murad products - they are expensive but have help me greatly. Also it is worth talking to your GP, there are drugs and lotions he or she can prescribe that will also help - I used Zineyrt lotion.
