Eczema possible give support to?
A while ago, it was determined that eczema might be a genetic condition caused by cells not mortal able to produce enough of a protein called fillagrin. I am curious if anyone here know what fillagrin is, and what are it's precursors? That is, what vitamins, minerals, protein, carbs, etc. can I eat more of to make my body produce more of this protein that I'm lacking - so that I don`t know I can lessen or eliminate the effects of this condition?

You don't have to go to Japan either. You can in reality get the water for a free trial. Place a wanted make a payment on www.craigslist.com and ask for it. Ask for 8.5 PH drinking water. The same machine can make 2.5 PH bitter water to treat the psoriasis, and also kill bacteria on contact.
can get it from lots of fish - tuna, salmon, cod. Also from chicken breast and some beef. If you're a vegetarian approaching myself, you can also get it from Spinach (the wonder vegetable!) and bell peppers. If you are doing this try to have them lightly cooked because i'm not sure how heat stable B6 is.
Also, it's important to look and how what you are eating may be worsening your condition. Many foods exacerbate eczema. I try to steer clear of processed foods and too abundant complex carbs, especially if I'm flaring up. You need to be very careful next to what you use on your skin too. Never wash with soap, try not to have incredibly hot showers (I struggle with this one) and spend as much time moisturising as you do under the water. I notably recommend the cetaphil range. There's also a great product called Hope's relief which help to use a natural cortisone alternative.
Hope this helps. Wiki has some info on Filaggrin: Source(s): http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Filaggrin
