Acne :( :( Ive tried everything, and every product, be to the dermatoligist, and theyve immediately told me to freshly..?

Wash my face with warm sea twice per day, and use a mild facial scrub (such as St. Ives once per week) Is this going to work? I mean he is a dermatologist but it seems so simple? Ive be prescribed everything so far, but seen as i am depressed already due to the way i look, my parents and my doctor will not prescribe accutane to me. My derm said wash my frontage with just water a soft cloth/flannel twice per year and see how i am in a month.

IN A MONTH! does anyone know if this will work? thanks x (ps, normally i hold moderate/mild acne, but for the past 2 weeks ive had moderate/severe and painful acne.
Answers:     this is a tried and tested method....i am sure it works...use a bit of head and shoulders anti dandruff shampoo containing zinc pyrithione over your acne for nearly 3 mins and wash of....repeat for a few days and you will find its gone...its the same stuff dihydrotestosterone that causes both acne and dandruff....best of luck!
There's this product called "Clean and Clear Advanced Acne Spot Treatment" It might back you. DO NOT use a cloth, the oils can get stuck in at hand, and when you re-use it the oils go back into your facade, use your hand instead. ALWAYS moisturize after you wash your face, i recommend Aveno, its adjectives natural and oil free. Good Luck! =D
Well near these kinds of things finding a solution can be very hard, but you gotta find the explanation first and foremost. Stress, Age, and skin quality can be a very big determining factor. Could be your diet as well. Look at these things and try to label changes as you see fit, good healthy and SAFE change. Try to relax a bit and depression over this whole thing can be adding to your troubles. Washing your obverse is a good thing to do all the time but again see if dry skin is cause the acne in the first place, then make sure you are not drying your skin more beside the products you are using to wash your face. Also consider any make up or other products you introduce to your skin on a day after day basis, maybe time to change those things up as economically? Try taking yoga to relax and unwind from these things, maybe it will lower your stress levels. Try to reduce the amount of grease you consume within your diet, maybe try a vegan diet for a couple weeks as much as i hate to suggest no meat since im red meat lover.
