I keep hold of on getting erratic spots on my boss, how can i seize rid of them?
I don't know if im getting the right nutrients but the spots are really annoying me now. its only on my forhead and they're like pallid heads. Its discusting, I use facial wash and cream but its not working. could it to do near my eating?

Answers: i sometimes get spots next to yellow heads.
i read this in a book and it help me:
first make some chamomile tea (i used gree tea and it worked aswell), then get a cotton wool wad and dip it in the tea and put it on your yellow head for roughly speaking a minute. throw away the cotton wool and get a some tissue and apply pressure to the spot. it should just deflate and just wipe away the sickly head. if it does not deflate then try again tomorrow until it does. hope this helps.
and once you enjoy got rid of the yellow heads put tea tree grease on the spot, it helps my spots to go more quickly. Source(s): the girls book of how to be the best at everything
