Sounds like it! I know how pesky lice can be. My daughter get it from school and boy did it take weeks for me to completely get rid of them! You call for to do everything all over again. Wash you hair with lice treatment, wipe up clothes, blankets, vacuum your house etc.. Then you need to find out how your getting them. When I found out my daughter was getting them from school, I have to contact them to stop the spreading. I know it was embarrassing for them, but I later found out that 12 girls have it! Even though my daughter doesn't have it anymore I check her hair anyways.. just surrounded by case. Source(s): I found a link that may be able to facilitate you out...

I am sure you know all the washing/spraying stuff already. Also vacuuming, bagging up any stuffed animals and keeping them sealed for something like six weeks. Combs and brushes can be cleaned but, I just throw them away and buy new ones. Pillows can be put in the dryer on the hot cycle for at smallest 20 minutes. There are plenty of home remedies and over the counter products but, the biggest key is to get all the nits (eggs) out! They are so thorny to see, you would need someone else to check for you. The combs don't always work. You can purchase special metal ones that work a little better than the plastic ones and soaking the comb within (or spraying on your hair) with vinegar is supposed to help loosen the eggs. It smells yucky but, it's better than lice right? It's a hard dispute. Just so you know - it has NOTHING to do with being dirty. I spoke near my pediatric, school, and health department nurses - they all told me they in actuality like clean hair. I hope you did basically catch the last little bugger and you won't have a problem any more! Best of luck to you! Source(s): I enjoy been through this with my kids.
There is that possiblity! Sometimes there are a few left behind that you didnt ambush. But you did the treatment again, so I think that you will be fine. Make sure to wash your sheets and clothes with hot hot dampen and to throw away all of your hair combs and brushes. Source(s): I had them when I be in Middle School a few times.
