My child have a three pimples, one on his arm, stomache and lower rear legs....?

the pimple are large and hard, but i dont see and puss in the middle of them. he have allergies but i dont know what its from yet while cause his to have red rash on his cheeks, the doctor said today the pimples has nothing to do with the allergic impetuous, that maybe it was a bug bite, but there contained by different places, and i dont see no bite in the middle of them, so i dont think thats it, and the doctor didnt examine them well, so does anyone own answers? can it be from a differnent laundry detergent?
Answers:    if he gets more it could be chicken pox did he get a vaccination when i be 15 i got a ton of red looking bite marks is what i thought they were when i showed my mom she told me i couldn't dance to school i had chicken pox. it could still be pimples i get some underneath the skin you cant see the puss but you feel it it usually takes a day to a week for the puss to surface and when it does its usually one hell of a white principal. and as for a bug bit i get bite in all sorts of places approaching when i got back from camping i have 2 on my stomach a couple on my neck and 3 or 4 on my legs and feet its probably nothing if the doctor say not to worry don't your just worried because its your kid i know my mom fusses over little thing that happen to me and im 19 for god sakes like i got a huge bruise from hitting the water the wrong method said it was fine didn't hurt and spent 4 hours in the waiting room at the hospital to be told that it was simply a bruise
